Short description:
The article discusses the evolution of the concept
of human potential, the structure of the integral
index of human development – HDI and shows the
classifi cation level of the HDI by category by countries
and by regions and in Russia as a whole and
reveals the weaknesses and ways of improving the
methodology of calculation of the HDI.
